Computer Shows Offline or Cannot Connect

Try these steps first:

  1. Hard refresh the page in Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows or Command + Shift + R on Mac.
  2. Reopen the My Computer page.
  3. Log in again from a Chrome incognito window and test.

If it still cannot connect, contact support with your account email, issue time, screenshot, and current page status.

Computer Keeps Reconnecting or Shows Service is Still Loading

If Computer is running a heavy task, it may recover automatically after the task finishes.

If it stays unresponsive for a long time, high memory usage may have frozen the system. Try manually restarting Computer. If it remains abnormal after restart, contact support.

Can Heavy Video Editing Freeze Computer?

Yes. Heavy tasks may use too much memory and make Computer unresponsive. A forced restart may be required.

Newly Added Telegram Bot Does Not Start Polling

Open the Computer interface, click the wrench icon in the top-right corner, and choose Quickfix to restart the gateway so the latest configuration takes effect.
