Is the Referral Program Active?
Yes. The referral reward program is active again. You can copy and share your personal referral link.
When a referred user signs up through your link and subscribes within 30 days, both you and the referred user receive 500 Credits.
Can I Still Use an Existing Referral Link?
Yes. Existing referral links and referral relationships remain valid.
How Long Are Referral Reward Credits Valid?
Referral reward Credits are usually valid for 1 month. After they expire, the system removes them automatically, and expired referral reward Credits cannot be restored.
Will Rewards from the Suspension Period Be Reissued?
No. Invitation points generated during the suspension period are currently not supported for reissue.
Two Types of Gift Cards
- Credit Bundle Gift Card
- Must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase.
- After redemption, the Credits are valid for 2 years.
- Available for purchase only to Plus / Pro subscribers.
- Membership Pass Gift Card
- Must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase.
- After redemption, grants membership for 1 month (31 days).
You can purchase, batch-export to CSV, or send gift cards via email. Cards contain sensitive redemption codes — protect any export carefully.
How Do I Redeem a Gift Card?
Click your balance in the top-right area, choose Buy Credits, then click Redeem gift cards and follow the page instructions.
If you purchased a gift card, you usually need to redeem and activate it manually before the Credits or membership appear.
Can I Give a Gift Card Code to a Friend?
Yes. You can share a redemption code with someone else. However, once a code has been used, it cannot be redeemed again.
Can Gift Cards Be Combined with the Super First-Month Half-Price Offer?
Gift cards cannot be applied immediately together with the Super first-month half-price offer. Please follow the actual prompts shown on the subscription and redemption pages.
What If a Gift Card Conflicts With My Current Plan?
If your current plan is X but the gift card targets plan Y, the system asks you to redeem a matching card type. Pick the right card or contact support to confirm.
