Files, Drive, and Templates

Drive is MuleRun's storage. Every file an Agent produces — images, videos, code, documents, slide decks, CSVs — flows into Drive so you can organize, reuse, and share it.

Where Are Generated Files?

  • The "Files" panel in the task sidebar shows what the current task produced.
  • Drive itself is the central place where all outputs across tasks are collected.
  • Drive supports grouping by source Session so you can jump back to the original conversation.

What Can Drive Do?

  • Upload files, create folders, rename, delete.
  • File preview for images, video, code, HTML, PDF, Markdown, PPT, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Batch download as zip: select multiple files or a whole folder and download in one shot.
  • Use Choose from Drive in a new task's input box to attach existing files.

What Is the Upload Limit?

  • Maximum size for a single file: 500MB.
  • Maximum 20 attachments per message.
  • For larger payloads, compress, split, or upload as a zip.

How Is Storage Quota Calculated?

Storage is allocated by subscription tier. When you run low, click Get more spaces inside Drive to upgrade or expand.

What If Files Cannot Be Previewed or Downloaded?

If images, .docx, .pdf, or other output files cannot be previewed or downloaded, the issue may be related to your local network. Try switching networks or using an available proxy and then retry.

Who Can Use Data Export?

The data export service is available only to paid users. Free users are not currently supported.

Can Templates Be Downloaded as Files?

No. MuleRun templates cannot currently be downloaded as standalone files. Templates are stored in the platform backend. When another user loads a template, the related Skill is automatically deployed into that session environment.
