Super Agent

Super Agent is MuleRun's main entry point and is built around "automating knowledge work." Unlike a traditional Q&A-style AI assistant, it can call browsers, editors, image generation, databases, and other tools to take a task from breakdown all the way to delivery.

What Is It Good For?

• Information organization, research, summaries, and reports.
• Copywriting, emails, proposals, slide decks, PDF summaries.
• Data analysis, stock and crypto research, e-commerce and competitor research.
• Generating images, videos, websites, landing pages, mini-games, portfolios.
• Long-running automation workflows when paired with MuleRun Computer.

What Is a Task / Session?

One full conversation is one Task (also called a Session). You state a goal, the Agent works through it end-to-end, and the whole conversation is the Task.

The sidebar Your Tasks groups history by Today / Yesterday / Previous 7 Days and supports:

• ⌘K / Ctrl+K to start a new task.
• Pin frequently used tasks.
• Delete tasks you no longer need.

Message Queue

While the Agent is still working on the previous message, you can keep typing. New messages are queued and processed in order (subject to a limit). You don't need to wait for the current turn to finish.

Pause / Resume / Stop / Rerun

• Stop Generation: stop the current response at any time.
• Pause / Resume: long tasks can be paused and continued later (Session Resume).
• Rerun: tasks that ended unexpectedly can be re-run with one click.

What Model Is Used by Default?

MuleRun uses a strong large model by default to provide understanding and generation capabilities. The exact model name is not disclosed at this time.

Can I Choose a Model Provider?

No. Users cannot currently switch model providers manually. Please use the model capabilities provided by the system.

How Can I Reduce Credits Usage?

• Avoid endlessly extending one very long conversation.
• At the end of each stage, ask the Agent to summarize 3-5 key points.
• When starting a new conversation, include only the necessary context.
• Ask for one clear goal at a time.
• Avoid unnecessary long context or repeated files.

How Can I Continue Old Context in a New Conversation?

Open the old conversation, click the share option in the top-right corner, copy the share link, and paste it into the new conversation.

How Do I Rate the Agent's Answers?

Every Agent response has a star-rating control. When you give a low rating, you can pick a specific dimension: UI issue, Agent stuck, over-refusal, didn't follow instructions, factual error, incomplete answer, too expensive, or inappropriate content, and add a comment. The feedback goes directly into MuleRun's improvement loop.
