Knowledge (My Knowledge / Knowledge Network)

Knowledge lets you save a finished task as a reusable template so you can re-run it later with one click — no need to re-write a long prompt. It is both your personal template library and a platform-wide knowledge network.

Save to Knowledge

After any task you can save it as Knowledge:

  1. Give it a name (title).
  2. Add a short description.
  3. Provide an initial prompt (prefilled when someone launches this template).

The task then becomes a reusable card.

My Knowledge vs Knowledge Network

  • My Knowledge: everything you've saved.
  • Knowledge Network: the community plaza — all the knowledge users have chosen to share publicly.

The plaza can be filtered by:

  • All: everything.
  • Verified: skills MuleRun has officially reviewed for quality and safety (marked Official).
  • Community: templates created and shared by other users.

Using a Knowledge Item

Each card shows usage count, average rating, and author. Click Use to launch a new task with that template — no manual prompt entry needed.

Sharing Your Own Knowledge

  • Mark a saved Knowledge as Public to add it to the Knowledge Network.
  • A shareable URL is generated; share it directly to Discord / X / LinkedIn.
  • You can unpublish it at any time.

Does It Cost Extra?

Knowledge itself does not require a separate payment, and both My Knowledge and Knowledge Network are open to all users. (When a Verified Skill calls paid capabilities like Computer, regular subscription rules still apply.)

Can I Set Visibility?

Yes. Each Knowledge can be set to Public (anyone can use) or Private (visible only to you).

What Should I Save?

  • Reusable business background and prompts.
  • Common multi-step workflows.
  • Project experience and incident notes.
  • Conclusions, rules, and references distilled from past conversations.

Editing or Deleting Knowledge

In My Knowledge, each card lets you edit the title, description, and initial prompt, or delete it.

Org-Level Knowledge in Enterprise

Enterprise users get an extra "Org Knowledge" pool — collective know-how shared across the organization, available to all members without leaking outside. See Enterprise.
